Project Custom Summoner

So, I am gonna be working on a new website based on all things custom in league of legends. For example, custom game rules, custom game guides, custom game tier lists, and other stuff. I haven't come up with a name or logo, but I am sure it will only take a little bit of time. Be excited peoples, I have big plans.
