Custom Games Need More Customization Options

As a streamer and a summoner who plays a lot of creative game modes like catch the teemo or battle arena, I feel like the lack of custom game customization is really holding back some of these types of game modes and would make the experience a lot better. Game modes like draft race would dramatically change for the better. I suggest that riot should add options to tweak global gold and experience, make champions and item bans, and adjust minions.
Global gold and experience would probably have the biggest impact on custom games. Summoners rift would become more of a viable map for some of these game modes. Since you cannot farm or experience leech in game modes like draft race, gaining experience and gold can be slow. This can cause a super strong snowball effect for those who get early kills. I often run my custom games in dominion for that reason, but I would love for summoners rift to be used since modes like draft race are more fun on it.
It would be really helpful if you could also ban items, summoner spells, and champions for a custom game. It would not be entirely necessary since you could simply tell other players the bans, but it would be still be useful. I have had my times where a player does not pay attention to bans and pick them anyways. It would be really useful.
Minions would also be really useful to tweak or turn off. Turning off minions would prevent experience leeching and the possibility of the minions taking towers and taking the base, which is always nuisance to deal with in summoners rift.
I really think that these changes would allow league of legends to grow as a game. Custom games are a major part of league of legends and should receive as much love as the rest of the game. Now that ARAM has turned from a custom game to an official game type, I would like to see other game types to rise in popularity and I think this would help. RIOT PLS.

TL;DR - There needs to be more options in custom games because it would help other custom game types greatly.
